“The womb is not only where life begins - it is where memory, power, and possibility are reborn. When we remember her, we reclaim ourselves.”

This month’s 90-minute live call was a journey of deep remembrance and raw feminine reclamation. Together with our guest guide, Jodie Yearwood, we stepped into an activation that stirred the bones of our lineage and awakened the wild woman within us all.

✨ The Teaching
Jodie opened the call with powerful coaching and transmissions that re-framed the womb not only as a physical space, but as the temple of creation, an archive of our experiences, and a portal to ancestral wisdom. She invited us to consider how much of what we carry, our fears, patterns, grief, and even resilience, belongs not only to us, but to the generations before us.

✨ The Healing
From there, Jodie guided us through a beautiful 45-minute somatic journey. In stillness and breath, we travelled back through seven generations of women whose stories, traumas, and strengths live within us. We were invited to meet them, witness them, and begin the sacred work of transmuting what no longer needs to be carried. Many women described feeling waves of emotion, visions, or profound release during this practice which is a beautiful reminder that the body never forgets, and the womb holds both the pain and the power of our lineage.

✨ The Integration
We closed with a deeply personal and vulnerable Q&A, where women shared their experiences, asked questions, and received loving guidance. What unfolded was a circle of raw sisterhood and the kind of honesty that only arises when we feel truly safe and seen.

This call was truly an activation. Each time you return to it, the idea is that you’ll peel back another layer, touch a deeper remembrance, and reclaim more of your sacred feminine power.

My recommendation is that you revisit the somatic healing process often. Let yourself be witnessed by your ancestors again and again, until the stories you carry transform into strength, clarity, and freedom.

"When a woman speaks to herself with devotion, the world bends to the frequency of her power."

When you remember your power, you remember that you were never given it, you were born with it. Your womb is the original altar, your voice is the prayer, and your life is the offering. Every thought you think is a spell. Every word you speak is an invocation. And when those words are drenched in love, sovereignty, and self-honour, your entire reality begins to reorganise itself to match that energy. This is the magnetic law of a woman who knows who she is.

You know my thoughts & feelings on affirmations, it's why they're a potent and powerful & most of all important monthly part of My Inner Circle, because they aren't just fluffy mantras. They are declarations to the universe and to yourself. They are the conscious choice to rewrite the inner script, to override the noise of fear, doubt, and inherited smallness with the roar of your truth.

When repeated daily, they become the steady drumbeat your subconscious dances to. They shift the way you walk into a room, the way you hold yourself in love, the way you make money, the way you choose your life. Speak them from your belly. Speak them from your bones. Speak them until your cells hum with remembrance.

This month, your 30 affirmations are not just words, they are a journey.

The first ten will awaken your remembering, calling you back to the truth of who you have always been.

The next ten will ignite your reclaiming, taking back what was always yours, in power, in voice, in body.

And the final ten will anchor your radiating, becoming the living embodiment of your sacred, unshakable essence. Every day builds on the last. By the end of this month, my prayer is you will not just speak your affirmations .. you will walk them, breathe them, be them.

PHASE ONE: REMEMBERING (Days 1–10)

Calling you home. Awakening the ancient truth that was never lost, only forgotten.

  1. I remember I am the daughter of women who survived, thrived, and dreamed me into being.

  2. My womb is the original temple, and I am its high priestess.

  3. I carry the wisdom of generations in my blood and bones.

  4. Every breath reconnects me to the sacred power within me.

  5. I am guided by the whispers of my ancestors and the roar of my soul.

  6. I walk with the knowing that I was never broken, only buried.

  7. My intuition is ancient and unfailing, I trust it completely.

  8. I am the living continuation of a wild and unbroken lineage.

  9. I honour the cycles of my body as holy seasons.

  10. I remember: my power is not given to me, it is mine by birthright.

PHASE TWO: RECLAIMING (Days 11–20)

Taking it back. Dismantling what was never yours to carry. Stepping fully into sovereignty.

  1. I reclaim my body as mine, sacred, whole, and untouchable in its worth.

  2. I release all shame, fear, and silence inherited from those before me.

  3. I speak my truth, even when my voice shakes.

  4. I reclaim pleasure as my divine compass and guiding force.

  5. I forgive myself for ever doubting my brilliance.

  6. I take back my story and tell it in my own words.

  7. I no longer dim my light to fit into spaces too small for me.

  8. I reclaim the wild woman within, untamed, unapologetic, and free.

  9. I trust my body’s wisdom more than the noise of the world.

  10. I rise in devotion to my highest self, no matter who it disrupts.

PHASE THREE: RADIATING (Days 21–30)

Becoming the living, breathing embodiment of your sacred essence.

  1. I am magnetic to the experiences and people that honour my truth.

  2. I radiate beauty, strength, and sensuality from every cell of my being.

  3. My life is a living prayer, and my presence is medicine.

  4. I move through the world as the embodiment of grace and power.

  5. My energy expands and blesses everyone I meet.

  6. I trust the flow of life because I am the flow of life.

  7. I am the wild, the soft, the fierce, the tender, all at once.

  8. My radiance is rooted in my deep connection to self.

  9. I am a beacon of possibility, proof of what’s possible when a woman chooses herself.

  10. I live as the woman my ancestors dreamed of — and the woman my future self thanks me for becoming.

"You were not born to be tame. You were born from the bones of your grandmothers and the blood of your lineage, to howl under the moon and dance with the fire of your own becoming."

There is a place inside you that has never been silenced, even if you’ve ignored her, even if you’ve buried her under years of conditioning, perfection, and people-pleasing, no matter what she’s still there.

She is your wild woman.

She is untamed, unapologetic, and instinct-led.

She’s the you who trusts her gut over the crowd, who knows her worth without proof, who remembers that her life is hers to claim. She’s been calling for you. And now, it’s time to answer.

The womb is more than flesh and blood, it is the original temple. It holds the codes of creation, not just of life, but of ideas, desires, and dreams. It remembers the pain and the pleasure, the losses and the loves, of every woman before you. When we connect to our womb, we connect to the stories of our lineage, the power, the resilience, the magic that has been passed down to you like a torch. You are the keeper now and always and you choose what gets carried forward and what ends here.

This is the work of the wild and the sacred. The reclamation of the parts of you the world tried to civilise into smallness. The honouring of your cyclical nature, your primal wisdom, your sacred sensuality. As you step into these prompts, don’t just write with your mind. Write from your belly. From your hips. From your heartbeat. Let your pen be the howl, the dance, the fire. Let this be the month you remember who the f*ck you are (this is my own deep work at the moment and let me tell you it's cracking me open in more ways than one).

The Womb Workbook - Your Free Resource

This sacred workbook, created by Jodie Yearwood, is an invitation to reconnect with the deepest parts of your feminine essence through womb healing practices. It begins with an exploration of why the womb is so central to a woman’s vitality: as our subconscious body, our root, and our temple of creation. Jodie reminds us that the womb is not only responsible for birthing life, but also for holding our intuition, instincts, pleasure, sensuality, and connection to the sacred feminine.

She explains how the womb carries the imprint of the last seven generations of women, their fears, traumas, and suppressed desires and how by reconnecting with our womb, we begin to heal not only ourselves, but our entire lineage.

Jodie offers practical ways to begin this healing journey, starting with reclaiming safety in the body. Through daily devotion practices, hand-on-womb breathing, and simple affirmations like “I am safe to be in my womb,” women are guided to listen to the sensations and whispers within their bodies.

From here, the workbook introduces somatic practices to meet and release what the womb is holding, whether old or new, personal or ancestral. Jodie encourages expression through movement, sound, tears, or touch, allowing emotions to be honoured and transmuted rather than suppressed. Journal prompts such as “At what point do I stop trusting myself?” and “Do I feel safe enough to express my pleasures and desires?” offer doorways into profound self-reflection and reclamation

Ultimately, this workbook is a roadmap back to aliveness. It reminds us that to be a woman in her womb is to be a woman who feels fully, rage and pleasure, joy and grief, wildness and sacredness. It is an offering to help you embody your wholeness, release inherited wounds, and remember that your womb is the home of your deepest wisdom and power.
